Shipping

Every Rocco speargun is handmade in the Canary Islands, one at a time. Because each one is made to order, build time is around 2 weeks from order confirmation. We let you know by email or WhatsApp when your speargun is finished and when it leaves the workshop.

Destinations and delivery times

Canary Islands: 1 to 3 working days from dispatch.
Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands: 3 to 6 working days from dispatch.
European Union: 5 to 10 working days from dispatch.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shown before you confirm your order. We ship with TIPSA and other trusted carriers; you will receive a tracking number.

Packaging

Each speargun travels in reinforced packaging made for its length. If the parcel arrives damaged, refuse it or photograph it before opening and write to us within 48 hours.

Customs and taxes

Shipments from the Canary Islands to mainland Spain and the European Union go through customs. We handle the customs clearance and its cost is included in the shipping fee. For shipments outside the European Union, import duties and taxes are paid by the customer.
