Returns and warranty

Right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer in the EU, you have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason, provided the speargun is unused and in its original condition. Email roccospearguns@gmail.com with your order number and we will explain how to return it. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the error is ours.

Custom-built spearguns

Spearguns built to your specifications (custom length, wood, colours, setup) are excluded from the right of withdrawal, as consumer law allows. Before starting, Carlos sends you a sketch so you can confirm every detail.

Defective or damaged product

If your speargun arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will repair or replace it at no cost, or refund you.

Warranty

All spearguns carry the legal conformity warranty. Carlos also services and repairs his spearguns in the workshop: write to us and we will tell you how to proceed. The warranty does not cover normal wear of bands, lines and reels, or damage from impacts or misuse.

Refunds

Once the speargun has been received and checked, the refund is made to the original payment method within 14 days at most.
